Changelog

What’s new in Amy.

What changed in Amy and when, newest first. Small fixes ship most days; these are the changes you’ll notice.

Updated

October 2026

  1. Setup

Setup asks you to turn off Shopify’s own abandoned checkout email, so a shopper doesn’t get two cart reminders.

  2. Home

Leaving Klaviyo is a path on Home: what’s done, the next step, and the switch that moves it forward.

  3. Account

Amy emails you what’s left to set up, a note the day you start sending, a Monday recap of your week and a recap on the 1st of each month. Each kind has its own switch.

  4. Automations

The abandoned cart email’s button reopens the shopper’s own checkout, items and all, on any device.

  5. Campaigns

Campaigns test two subject lines and keep the one more people open, copy is checked against house writing rules, and every email is built to display properly in every inbox.

  6. Home

Recent sends opens on delivered messages, with filters for undeliverable, not subscribed and everything else.

  7. Home

Your numbers sit in one card on Home, with the detail folded away until you open it.

  8. Automations

Each round of subject line tests tries a different angle: a plain reminder, a question, the shopper’s name, the offer, a helpful fact or your guarantee.

  9. Automations

Amy tests the subject line of every marketing automation and keeps the one that gets opened.

  10. Email

A shopper who orders again is emailed again, even if an import had marked their address undeliverable. Spam complaints still stand.

  11. Settings

Brand voice, email appearance, sender details and text messages are now one Settings page.

  12. Campaigns

With your OK, Amy learns your best days, hours and subject lines from your past Klaviyo campaigns.

  13. Email

Subscribers who haven’t engaged in six months are left out of regular campaigns, and while your domain warms up the most engaged people get your sends first.

  14. Campaigns

A campaign only claims the discount your offer actually gives, and never shows checkout add-ons like shipping protection as products.

  15. Campaigns

The campaign editor shows the email first, with its sections folded underneath.

September 2026

  1. Campaigns

The calendar plans around the offers you approve and the retail year, and tests new send days and times for your store.

  2. Offers

Offers is its own page: what your offers earned, where each one went out, and which ones Amy may use.

  3. Home

Home has two columns: your work and results on the left, alerts and inbox health on the right.

  4. Campaigns

The Campaigns page is the calendar. A day, a campaign or the editor opens on top of it.

  5. Reporting

Revenue credited to Amy leaves out cancelled orders, refunds and subscription renewals.

  6. Campaigns

Campaign emails open with a banner built from your own product photos.

  7. Offers

You can announce a customer’s store credit in its own email a week after their order.

  8. Email

Every link to your store carries UTM tags, so your reports credit the visit to Amy.

  9. Campaigns

Products in an email lead with what that shopper carted or viewed, then come from the collection you or Amy pick.

  10. Automations

The email editor lists every variable an automation can fill in, and won’t save one it can’t.

  11. Privacy

Download every customer’s consent record, with the evidence behind it, as a spreadsheet.

  12. Email

Every email, marketing and order updates alike, links your privacy policy.

  13. Automations

Choose which shipping moments send an update: on its way, out for delivery, delivered and more.

  14. Campaigns

Product photos in campaigns are sharp and two to a row, from the collection you choose.

  15. Privacy

Consent lookup shows everything Amy has sent a customer.

  16. Offers

A store credit is taken back when its order is cancelled or returned.

  17. Popup

The signup popup can fill the screen and be a game: spin the wheel, pick a card or scratch to reveal.

  18. Campaigns

Drag a campaign to another day on the calendar, or add a send to any day.

  19. Campaigns

A campaign bigger than your daily sending limit goes out over several days, most engaged customers first.

  20. Offers

Offers can be deals that need no coupon code, like a bundle, and Amy carries them as they are.

  21. Settings

Leaving Klaviyo shows what’s left before you can turn Klaviyo off, and roughly when.

  22. Help

Help & Ideas: chat with Amy, reach our team, and vote on ideas. Amy’s face in the corner opens it from any page.

  23. Campaigns

A sent campaign shows how it did: reached, opened, clicked, orders and revenue.

  24. Campaigns

Every campaign email shows up to five products, picked for each shopper.

  25. Offers

Store credit reminders name the balance in the subject, and a last call goes out on the final day.

  26. Email

Your daily sending limit never drops below what you’ve already sent cleanly.

  27. Offers

Tell Amy which discounts she may offer, and she never offers anything else.

  28. Campaigns

Read a calendar send and see who it reaches before you approve it, attach an offer, or move it to another day.

  29. Campaigns

Campaigns is a calendar: Amy plans the month, you approve, and each send goes out at its time.

  30. Popup

Once closed, the popup leaves a small tab that brings the offer back.

  31. Automations

Shipping updates show where the package is, its tracking when there is a number, what’s in it and where it’s going.

  32. Automations

The reorder reminder waits as long as your own customers take to reorder, not a fixed number of days.

  33. Automations

Automations don’t pile up on one shopper: one browse reminder a day, and a pause between automated messages to the same person.
